CLUB HISTORY-SINCE-1985
In 1985, The Rotary Club of Madras Southwest, a prestigious club in the 323 District showed their great heart and sponsored, the Rotary Club of Madras Ashok Nagar and shortly referred to as RCMAN.
The Club was chartered in the month of November. RTN.V.G.Subramanian was honored, and chosen to lead the club as chartered president. From then on small but vibrant club grew from strength to strength under the guidance of the further Rotarians who are the pillars of the prestigious club Revenue district Chennai. The Name Ashok Nagar and Symbol Pillar are use as logos after the famous Pillar the Iconic Landmark of Ashok Nagar.
